Handling Fee
For GOs with at least 5 orders, the handling fee is a discounted flat rate of Php 25 per item.

Invoice #1 – Orders
After submitting the form with your final orders, the invoice will be sent to your email. Payment must be completed by payment deadline (Philippine time) to be included for production.
Invoice #2 – Shipping Fee, Other Fees
The invoice for the shipping fee and any other additional fees (if applicable) will be emailed after production. Payment must be completed before the package is shipped out.
Tracking No.
Once your package is shipped out, the tracking no. will be emailed to you. You can use the ff. websites to track your package:
- https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ – recommended while package is still in the Philippines
- https://parcelsapp.com/ – aggregates all available tracking info from multiple trackers
- Your local post office’s tracking website – recommended once package is in the destination country

- Happy Side Up will not be held liable for failed/bogus transactions.
- Happy Side Up will not be held liable for defects upon arrival due to the courier’s mishandling.
- Items will be packed as securely as possible and photos will be provided as proof of shipment.
