Shipping & Exchanges
- All cases are for pre-order. All orders with confirmed payments are sent to production after payment cut-off.
- Payment cut-off is every Saturday at 6 PM.
- Orders are shipped out 7-10 days after payment cut-off.
- Metro Manila: receive in 1-3 business days
- Luzon: receive in 2-5 business days
- Outside Luzon: receive in 5-10 business days
- Business days do not include holidays and weekends.
- Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.
- Please note that we have no control over your package once we’ve handed it over to the courier. For delayed orders, please contact the courier directly or let us know so we can follow up with the courier.
- All product sales are final. But if your product has a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong case, we’ll exchange it with the same exact design, case type, and phone model you ordered.
- We will accept exchanges due to manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase only. The item must be in its original packaging.
- Postage fees spent by the customer for exchanges will be repaid in store credit.

- Subject: Request for Exchange – Order #[your order number]
- Product name of item to be exchanged (with phone case type and phone model)
- Reason for exchanging
- Please attach photo, if possible for faster processing
